We are currently hiring for a remote, full-time therapist to start at the beginning of January.

What We Offer

• Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home.

• Full-Time Commitment: A caseload of 24 clients per week.

• Employee Status: W-2 employment with competitive benefits, including:Paid sick leave and vacation time and a quarterly technology reimbursement.

• Paid clinical supervision, including: 2 hours of group supervision per month, 1 hour of individual supervision per month and at least 1 hour of direct observation bi-monthly for associate-level clinicians.

• Supervision provided by a multiple-award-winning clinical social worker.

• Competitive Compensation:Associate-level clinicians: Starting at $56,000/year. Independently licensed clinicians: Starting at $75,000/year.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Current Arizona Licensed (or associate-level) clinician with a background in social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Committed to providing evidence-based, client-centered care.

• Passionate about contributing to a supportive company culture and mission to serve diverse populations.

• Ready to start on or around January 1st.
